Our 16-hour hands-on course teaches real drink preparation, bar flow, customer service, and responsible skill-building — all behind an actual bar setup. With small classes (maximum 9 students), you’ll get personal coaching and leave fully prepared for real-world bartending opportunities.

Courses
Standard Certification Course (16 hours)
16 hours over one week (Mon–Thu), with an optional practice session the following Saturday. No alcohol is served during training — we use mock-drinks for safety.
What you’ll learn: Drink recipes & mixing techniques · Bar flow & service etiquette · Speed, accuracy & pouring practice · Sanitation & safety · Job-ready skills for local bars · Alcohol awareness & responsible service · Hands-on training for real-world bartending scenarios
Included: The school manual, a bartending tool kit, and professional behind-the-bar training. Title 4 + Food Handler certification programs, bartending certification, and employment assistance are offered to all graduates.
Advanced Mixology Workshop (4 hours)
4-hour specialty workshop held on Saturday, with an optional practice session. Take your skills further with craft cocktails, mobile bartending, and high-impact presentation skills.
What you’ll learn: Craft cocktail design · Mobile bartending business · Flairtending & showmanship techniques · Molecular mixology basics · Fire, smoke & visual presentation tricks
Accepting: All Northern Arizona Bartending School graduates. Others accepted upon pre-approval.
